Job Description:

• Check and evaluate design documents, construction drawings (shopdrawings), materials and equipment submitted by construction contractors.
• Check the compatibility of design drawings, materials and equipment with the contract.
• Check to detect errors and conflicts in designs and construction drawings; Propose design adjustments (if necessary).
• Schedule, organize and carry out project construction.
• Instruct contractors, construction Teams and subcontractors to carry out work according to technical requirements and drawings.
• Manage materials and equipment, calculate and confirm construction volume.
• Supervise and accept all construction-related work of the project, ensuring work is carried out on schedule, meets quality, and ensures environmental hygiene and labor safety.
• Participate in group discussions with Contractors and Investors on construction work.
• Report daily construction work at the site to the Company

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience working in the field of construction supervision.
• Proficient in using office information technology (word, excel) and related specialized software.
• Having a supervisory practice certificate - experience in constructing projects with basements and high-rises, and supervising interior completion is an advantage.
